They Say You’ll Loose a Ton of Weight
Who the heck do they think they’re fooling? They are really after the buck! That is the bread and butter of the marketing world. The more you can sell the more you can make.
So how do you go about getting that weight off if what you buy from the “Experts” isn’t really going to do the job?
A network of weight losers is a pretty good way to approach it. The cold turkey go at it alone way is almost impossible for some people so that is also a route that is doomed to fail.
So the basic problem is getting you through a change in your diet and thinking. To a new way of life that gives you pride and self respect. You know how you feel about your body. You know what you go through every time you try to lose weight.
For me it’s the same. I lose a bunch of weight and then I end up back on the bad eating habits. I gain more back than I lost so then I get stuck in the endless weight loss program.
Now we need to look at the thing we all do when we get some weight off. We start to eat the foods that got us heavy in the first place again. Maybe we think that wont happen again. Well it does happen again and then there is the depression of failing again.
Now we have to look at how to get our food considerations changed to the foods that will keep us feeling satisfied and slim.
